The clock is ticking on a number of teams trying to make the playoffs, as the games on Wednesday are critical. Teams like Miami, Cincinnati and Seattle badly need wins and the pressure is still on the Cubs, Diamondbacks and Astros. Arizona begins the day with a matinee in Chicago against the White Sox in a game that can be seen on MLB Network. The other game on the network for Wednesday has the Houston Astros at the Seattle Mariners. ESPN+ has the Tampa Bay Rays at the Boston Red Sox and the Miami Marlins at the New York Mets. The Orioles have been a good team to us this season with the parlays and they are in position to win the AL East if they close out the season strongly. They will host the Washington Nationals on Wednesday and one of my favorite go-against pitchers is on the mound, as Patrick Corbin gets the start for Washington. He is 10-14 with a 5.13 ERA. Grayson Rodriguez gets the ball for the Orioles and he is 6-4 with a 4.49 ERA. Rodriguez has pitched much better than that ERA lately, so we’ll take the Orioles and the game over the total.

San Diego Padres -108
Padres-Giants Over 8.5 (-122)
$100 to win $250
The Padres visit the Giants on Wednesday and another one of my go-against pitchers is on the mound, as the Giants send Sean Manaea. He is 7-6 with a 4.51 ERA. The Padres are expected to send Matt Waldron who is 1-3 with a 4.58 ERA. I’ll go with San Diego and the game over the total.
MLB Three-Game Parlay
Minnesota Twins -270
Milwaukee Brewers -166
Texas Rangers -192

For the parlay we’ll stick to what has been working of late and that is taking power teams. The Twins are hosting the A’s and it should be Pablo Lopez on the mound for Minnesota. He is 11-8 with a 3.61 ERA. I don’t care who the A’s throw and they were undecided as of this writing. I’ll take Minnesota as the first team in the parlay.
The Milwaukee Brewers host the St. Louis Cardinals and it should be Wade Miley going for Milwaukee, while the Cardinals send Miles Mikolas. He is 7-13 with a 4.95 ERA. Miley is 9-4 with a 3.20 ERA. This should be a home win for the Brewers so I will take Milwaukee as the second team in the parlay.
The final team in the parlay will be the Texas Rangers who visit the Los Angeles Angels. It should be Dane Dunning for the Rangers, while Griffin Canning goes for Los Angeles. Dunning is 11-6 with a 3.88 ERA, while Canning is 7-7 with a 3.49 ERA. I’ll take the Rangers as the last team in the parlay.
