For now, Real Madrid and Barcelona are playing catch-up and looking to avoid another stumble.

Big bad Barcelona are coming to town this week though, and they know what that means. Barca finally broke through by pummeling Real Betis 5-2 in the only high-scoring game last week, and this offense has finally found its form.

Real Betis went down a man less than eight minutes into their opener and were gutted at the death by a subpar Real Valladolid side, and then they were on the receiving end of a Barca whooping.
