This could have been an all-time great season for Liverpool, but they will have to either settle for a double or a treble after failing to catch Manchester City for the Premier League title on Decision Day. The Citizens nearly relinquished the title after falling behind 2-0 at home to Aston Villa, but they rallied to secure the requisite three points. Liverpool won the FA Cup and EFL Cup, and a Champions League title would be more than just a small consolation.

Real Madrid is not as dominant of a squad as we have seen in recent years. The Whites were anywhere from somewhat fortunate to extremely fortunate to advance in all three stages of the knockout rounds too, as they needed miracles to get past both Paris-Saint Germain and Manchester City.

Luka Modric and Toni Kroos are past their prime, and the back line has been porous all throughout the Champions League. Liverpool should net multiple goals and pick up a win.
