The divide at the top keeps getting larger and larger. The same four teams that have been at the top of the Super Bowl LIII odds board since early in the season at BookMaker.eu are still there with the New Orleans Saints holding down the top spot. The Los Angeles Rams and Kansas City Chiefs deserved a week off after treating NFL fans to one of the greatest games in recent memory to conclude the betting in Week 11. They remain locked into the No. 2 and No. 3 holes respectively. And lingering just off the pace and ready to strike are the New England Patriots.
The Saints improved their odds slightly and stuck a fork in the Atlanta Falcons at the same time by notching their 10th straight win, 31-17 on Thanksgiving Day. Seattle, Dallas and Minnesota all saw slight odds improvement on the NFC side after winning in Week 11. And it might be time to start taking the Houston Texans seriously after they won their eighth straight to match the Pats record, one game behind the Chiefs in the AFC. We may have seen the last gasp from Cincinnati, Green Bay and Washington, who all tumbled significantly on the odds board after recent struggles.
Here’s a look at the current Super Bowl LIII odds at BookMaker.eu after Week 12 of the 2018 NFL regular season.

At 10-1, the Rams and Saints are easily the best teams in the NFC. The Bears continue to surprise a lot of people by improving to 8-3 and maintaining their lead in the NFC North with a Thanksgiving Day win over the Lions. And they showed again why they need to be taken seriously, if they aren’t already, by winning without Mitchell Trubisky, who was shelved with an injury.
The rest of the conference is up for grabs with five teams having won six games, including East leading Dallas and Washington, and five other teams with four or five wins. We could have more clarity on the situation by next week, but considering how things are going that probably won’t happen. And considering how chaotic the East is, the New York Giants are back on the odds board at +350000 despite their 3-8 record. I guess they have as good a chance as any to win the division and as you know you have to be in it to win it.
The AFC is a little more settled at this point, though anything can happen over the last month of the season. The Chiefs have been the best team in the conference since Day 1 and they maintain that standing, though their lead over the Chargers in the West is only one game. And the teams are scheduled to meet in Arrowhead in Week 15.
Nobody is giving the Texans any respect despite their eight-game winning streak that has them two-games up in the South. I guess those three losses in a row to start the season scared the oddsmakers. Houston has the same record as New England and has one more victory than Pittsburgh but trails those two on the odds list. The Texans did move ahead of the Bolts and at +1750 hold plenty of value.
It might be time to write off the Skins and Bengals, who each lost again and will navigate the remainder of the season with their backup quarterback. Cincy lost Andy Dalton on Sunday, one week after the Skins’ carted Alex Smith off the turf with a busted leg. Tennessee and Atlanta both plummeted down the odds board following a Week 12 loss, and both those teams have their starters in place.
