Super Bowl LIII Betting Props - NFL Football Picks

The Super Bowl is the biggest spectacle in all of sports, and much like the game has evolved over the years so has the ability to gamble on it. Prop bets are a fun way to stay engaged even if you don’t give a damn about the teams participating. The amount of money wagered on the Super Bowl isn’t counted in millions rather it’s counted in billions. And the prop bets have plenty to do with that, giving folks all kinds of opportunities to wager on something other than the spread and total. Here’s a look at some props posted on BookMaker.eu for the Super Bowl LIII matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and New England Patriots.

Total Tweets from President Trump on Super Bowl Sunday

Over 9.5 ( +180 )

Under 9.5 ( -250 )

Given the political climate in the United States it isn’t absurd to include something regarding the President on our list of prop bets. And knowing he has a chance to steal the spotlight during the biggest sporting event of the year, Mr. Trump will certainly make a run at the over. The Prez has a good handle on social media and he likes to tweet about everything. He’s also a football fan having been a team owner in the old USFL while attempting to negotiate into the NFL. Even if the tweet is negative, it still counts. Follow the President @realDonaldTrump and play along.

Number of Typos in President Trump’s Tweets on Super Bowl Sunday

Over .5 ( +219 )

Under .5 ( -307 )

This prop goes along with the first and the more one writes the more likely a mistake is to be made. However, if you read tweets from President Trump the thing you notice is that they are impeccably written. You can fact check this, but I’m leaning toward the under despite the long odds.

Having a grasp on who the winning quarterback is will go a long way toward determining what answer to wager on. We have a history with Tom Brady since he’s been the winning quarterback in five Super Bowls. And like everything, he has changed over time. He may have thanked his coach after winning his first Super Bowl 18 years ago, but he is now a devoted father and family man and he probably wouldn’t hear the end of it from Giselle if he didn’t give her a shout out.

Our other option is Jared Goff, who is competing in his first Super Bowl. Goff’s career took off under the tutelage of Sean McVay and it’s hard to imagine him not thanking his coach should he and the Rams exit victorious. But there is such a strong bond between teammates and reaching the pinnacle of your profession wouldn’t happen without the support of the guys you take the field with every day from August until February. There is a reason why teammates has negative odds and that’s because it is the safe and likely answer from players that have the respect and admiration of their mates.

Will Tom Brady Lead New England From Behind in the 4th Qtr/OT to Win

Yes +400

No -650

He’s the best at doing it and it’s not like it hasn’t happened before. In fact it just occurred in the AFC Championship when Brady took all of 89 seconds to rally the Patriots from behind to take the lead late in the fourth quarter. The game was eventually tied before Brady’s overtime touchdown drive sealed the victory. And it happened in the Super Bowl, too. Who can forget the mammoth comeback two years ago when the Pats rallied from a 28-3 third quarter deficit with Brady tossing a pair of scoring passes and completing a 2-point conversion. Can he do it again? If he does, Brady will make some ‘yes’ bettors extremely happy.
