2025 NBA Kia Skills Challenge Online Betting
The 2025 NBA All-Star Weekend is set to feature the Kia Skills Challenge on Saturday, February 15, at the Chase Center in San Francisco, California. The NBA Skills Challenge is undergoing yet another change, as in 2025, it will be just two players per team. This year's competition will showcase four teams, each comprising two players. The four teams are the Cleveland Cavaliers, San Antonio Spurs, Golden State Warriors and a Rookie team: Team Cavs and Team Spurs are listed as co-favorites in 2025 Kia Skills Challenge odds with Team Warriors the third choice and Team Rooks the fourth choice. The Skills Challenge is designed to test players' dribbling, passing, and shooting abilities through a timed obstacle course. Each team brings a different level of talent and experience to the event.

2025 Kia Skills Challenge Participants
Team Cavs: Donovan Mitchell and Evan Mobley from the Cleveland Cavaliers. The Cavs are having a great season and Mitchell is a dynamic scorer, while Mobley can do it all, so the Cavs are a deserving co-favorite in NBA betting odds.
Team Spurs: Chris Paul and Victor Wembanyama representing the San Antonio Spurs. There is no denying the talent on San Antonio’s team, as Paul is a veteran guard who can do everything, while Wembanyama is one of the most talented rookies in NBA history.
Team Warriors: Draymond Green and Moses Moody of the Golden State Warriors. The Warriors duo of Green and Moody are underdogs in NBA betting odds, but they do have the advantage of playing on their home court.
Team Rooks: Rookies Zaccharie Risacher and Alex Sarr. We really don’t know what to expect from the rookie team which is why they are listed as a longshot in NBA odds.
2025 Kia Skills Challenge Format
There will be four rounds in this year’s Skills Challenge. These rounds will test players’ shooting, passing, and dribbling skills, and the two teams with the most points in the first three rounds will square off head-to-head in the final round.
The first round will highlight shooting with each player taking shots from five different places on the court over the span of 30 seconds. The second round will see players look to connect on passes through and around oversized moving targets, and the third round will be a relay race that will test five different skills.
The final round is a little gimmicky as the skills that were previously on display go out the window. The two teams that make the final will simply try to make a half-court shot as fast as possible. There is nothing else to this round other than chucking up shots from the middle of the court.
