The fight between Yudel Jhonson and Freddy Hernandez is scheduled for Friday, May 11, 2012 at 10 p.m. ET at the Texas Station Gambling Hall in Las Vegas. The bout will be broadcast live on Showtime.

Boxing Betting Online: Undefeated Yudel Jhonson will go toe-to-toe with Freddy "The Rail" Hernandez in a 10-round light middleweight fight that highlights Showtime's "ShoBox: The New Generation" series on Friday, May 11, 2012.

BookMaker will have boxing odds for all three of the bouts on the "Shootout at Texas Station" main card. Do your homework and cash some serious cash while watching the matches on Showtime from the cozy confines of your couch.

Jhonson (12-0, 8 KOs) was a light welterweight silver medalist for Cuba at the 2004 Summer Olympics. He also won gold medals at the 1999 PanAm Games and the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games.

The 30-year-old Jhonson operates out of a southpaw stance and captured the vacant WBC FECARBOX light middleweight belt last March. Eight of his career victories have come via knockout, including two of the last three.

Hernandez (30-2, 20 KOs) hails from Mexico and comes into this fight with a lot more experience at 33 years of age. Hernandez is the reigning WBC Latino Welterweight Champion and measures in at 5-foot-11 with a 74-inch reach. He has lost only one fight in the past seven years and that came against world champion Andre Berto.

Another scintillating bout on BookMaker's fight card for Friday, May 11, will be a super eight-round featherweight matchup between Rances "Kid Blast" Barthelemy and Aalan Martinez.

Barthelemy (15-0, 11 KOs) is a knockout specialist from Cuba that recently took down undefeated fighter Hylon Williams Jr. via unanimous decision. Kid Blast is a big boy in this division, standing at 5-foot-11 and towering over most of his opponents.

Martinez (12-1-1, 8 KOs) is a 28-year-old southpaw and suffered the first defeat of his career last April against Evgeny Gradovich so he will be eager to get back on the winning track.

The final leg of the featured fights is an eight-round super middleweight battle between a pair of undefeated boxers. Columbia's Alexander Brand will take on Badou Jack "The Ripper" in this highly-anticipated showdown on Showtime.

The 35-year-old Brand (17-0, 15 KOs) advanced to the semifinals at the 2006 PanAm Games and packs a heavy punch.

Jack (10-0, 8 KOs) is much younger at 28 years of age. He didn't start boxing until he was a teenager, but at 18 he was named the Boxer of the Year by the Swedish Boxing Federation.

Jack compiled a 122-28 amateur record and competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics for Gambia, his father's home country. The Ripper is known for his solid striking skills and was named one of the Top 25 Prospects of 2011 by ESPN's boxing analyst Dan Rafael.
