Luque is 21-7-1 in his career, including 4-1 in his last five fights. He is coming off a D'Arce choke submission win against Michael Chiesa in August of last year. Luque won by D’Arce choke submission against Tyron Woodley in March of last year, won by KO against Randy Brown in August of 2020, won by TKO against Niko Price in May of 2020, and lost by unanimous decision against Stephen Thompson.
Luque is on a nice roll, winning four of his last five fights and he is getting some attention in UFC odds, as he is almost a 2-1 favorite in this fight against Muhammad.
Muhammad is 20-3 in his career, including 5-0 in his last five fights. He is coming off a unanimous decision against Stephen Thompson in December of last year. Muhammad won by unanimous decision against Demian Maia in June of last year, won by unanimous decision against Dhiego Lima in February of last year, won by unanimous decision against Lyman Good in June of 2020, and won by rear-naked choke submission against Takashi Sato in September of 2019. Muhammad’s last loss in his career was against Geoff Neal by unanimous decision in January of 2019.
Muhammad has not suffered a loss in over three years and he could be a very live underdog in UFC odds in this fight against Luque.
Another key fight has Rafa García taking on Jesse Ronson. Garcia is 13-2 in his career with one win coming by TKO/KO and seven by submission, while Ronson is 21-10 in his career with 10 wins coming by TKO/KO and seven by submission.
Both Garcia and Ronson have a combined for a total of 11 knockouts and 14 submissions so this one may not last long.
Another big fight has Pat Sabatini facing T.J. Laramie. Sabatini is 16-3 in his career with two wins coming by TKO/KO and 10 by submission, while Laramie is 12-4 in his career with seven wins coming by TKO/KO and two by submission.
This is an interesting one, as Sabatini is the submission expert, while Laramie has the edge while the fight is standing. What will happen in this one?
