Aspinall is 12-2 in his career, including 5-0 in his last five fights. He is coming off a straight armbar submission win against Alexander Volkov in March. Aspinall won by TKO against Sergey Spivak in September of last year, won by rear-naked choke submission against Andrei Arlovski in February of last year, won by TKO against Alan Baudot in October of 2020, and won by TKO against Jake Collier in July of 2020. Aspinall’s last loss in his career was against Lukasz Parobiec by disqualification in May of 2016.
This fight has all the looks of a brawl that could end early, as Blaydes and Aspinall have combined for a total of 20 knockout wins.
Another big fight has Jack Hermansson taking on Chris Curtis. Hermansson is 22-7 in his career with 11 wins coming by TKO/KO and six by submission, while Curtis is 29-8 in his career with 16 wins coming by TKO/KO and one by submission.
This could be one of the better matchups on the card, with Curtis listed as a slight favorite. Hermansson and Curtis have combined for a total of 27 knockout wins and seven submission wins
