Liberty Flames College Football Betting

Last week, head coach Jamey Chadwell and the Liberty Flames hosted a paycheck game against the FCS Campbell Camels. Liberty scored an unsatisfying win that failed to pay. Still, Liberty is a Group of Five program that plays in Conference USA. Most teams with that status are ignored. But that is not the case for Liberty. The Flames have become a hot property with gamblers who are taking notice of their ability to dominate most teams. This week, Liberty has a tricky road game against the New Mexico State Aggies.

Hugh Freeze arrived in 2019 and produced four bowl games in four years. In 2020, Freeze led the Flames to a 10-1 season with a final national ranking of 17th. He built a Liberty program built to sustain success.

In 2023, Jamey Chadwell arrived from Coast Carolina, where he became a Group of Five legend. Chadwell put together a spectacular first season as the Liberty head coach with a 13-1 record and a berth in the Fiesta Bowl.
