Micah Parsons was named NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2021, becoming the first player on the Dallas Cowboys ever to earn the honor. He finished runner-up in NFL Defensive Player of the Year voting in 2022, and Gardner will be trying to follow in those footsteps.
