Everton has been doing a lot of coach hopping in their bid to secure a top four finish. The Toffees have changed managers five times in the last five years, with no one able to take the club to the precipice like David Moyes did.
The general theme has been for Everton to take care of business against all the smaller clubs, but to be unable to perform well against the bigger English teams. We saw that again with their performance last year, as the Toffees were unable to get a victory against any team that finished ahead of them in the table.
This club still has the potential to be very good. There are many young, talented players on the team, and there is a hope that eventually the right manager will turn it around. Marco Silva aims to be the man for the job.
