Leicester City F.C. English Premier League Odds
The Foxes will never forget the club’s improbable success in 2015-16. After winning promotion only two years prior, Leicester City was one of the teams favored to be relegated down to Championship. No one expected them to seriously contend for anything of importance in the Premier League, and they were given odds of 500-1 to win the league title. Incredibly, they got off to a strong start and only lost three matches all season on their way to becoming the unlikeliest league winner we have ever seen.
That was Leicester City’s first and last league title, but the Foxes have had success in other competitions over the course of their history. They have been FA Cup runners-up four times, but are yet to win one, and they have also won the League Cup three times. Incredibly, Leicester City was able to make it to the Champions League Quarterfinals the season after their Premier League triumph as well, besting Sevilla in the knockout rounds before falling to Atletico Madrid.

Leicester City have proved that their Premier League title wasn’t a total fluke with two mid-table performances over the last two seasons. However, they sold Riyad Mahrez, arguably their best player, to Manchester City in the offseason, and they will need to find a way to replace his production.
The club is in danger of losing another one of their key pieces too. Both Manchester United and Liverpool are rumored to be in hot pursuit of center back Harry Maguire, and he may be sold before the start of the season. That would leave them with another massive hole to plug just a month before their first match.
There is good news for fans of the Foxes though. Stars like Jamie Vardy and Kasper Schmeichel are still on the team, and Leicester City has spent hefty sums on midfielder James Maddison and right back Ricardo Pereira this offseason. The club also will bring back Ahmed Musa after a stint at CSKA Moscow, adding to the team’s offensive talent.
