Liverpool F.C. English Premier League Odds
No English club has had more success in continental play than Liverpool. The Reds have won the Champions League five times, the last title coming in 2005, and they have made it to the Champions League Final a total of eight times. The club was looking to make it six titles this past season, but they lost to Real Madrid 3-1 in the final after an injury knocked star player Mo Salah out of the game.
Domestic success has been plentiful for Liverpool too. The Reds have claimed first place in the top division of English football 18 times over their history, the second-most of any team. Only Manchester United sits ahead of them in this regard with 20 titles. Additionally, they have won the FA Cup seven times, the League Cup eight times, and the Community Shield 15 times over their long history.
The only thing that has eluded Liverpool is a Premier League title. The Reds have been able to grab the top spot in the league since its foundation, and their lost title came all the way back in 1990. They have come close though. Liverpool has finished in the top five of the Premier League 17 times, and it feels like it’s just a matter of time before they finally win it once more.

Liverpool has experienced a resurgence under manager Jurgen Klopp. The Reds had been floundering under Brendan Rodgers, but the installation of Klopp as the team’s manager has sparked a turnaround. He has brought fresh ideas to the club, and he is using the tactics that made his tenure at Borussia Dortmund such a fantastic success.
Klopp has shown that he has an eye for talent too. Although Roberto Firmino, Dejan Lovren, and a few other stars were on the team when he became manager, he was the one to bring Mo Salah and Sadio Mane into the fold. Those two players were a massive part of Liverpool’s success last season, with Salah being named the Premier League Player of the Year and leading the league in goals.
There is a lot of optimism at Anfield coming into this season. Liverpool brings back most of its core from last year and will be adding two others to the mix. Fabinho and Xherdan Shaqiri will help the club be more physical, with fans hoping they can be the final pieces to the puzzle.
