West Ham United F.C. English Premier League Odds
The Hammers are one of eight English clubs to have never fallen below the second tier of English Football. However, of those eight teams, they are the only one to have never won a league championship. West Ham United’s best finish in the highest division came back in 1986 when they finished in third place, but the club has only finished in the top five of English football twice.
West Ham has been successful in other competitions. The Hammers hoisted the FA Cup as champions three times (1964, 1975, and 1980), and they have finished runners-up in the competition twice. The club also can claim European success with a title in the precursor to the Europa League back in 1965.
Few clubs have supporters as passionate as West Ham fans. The Hammers are known for their boisterous supporters, and their reputation proceeds them in tilts away from their home grounds.

The Hammers were in the relegation zone for much of the first half of last year’s campaign. However, West Ham was able to turn it around in the second half, reaching as high as 11th place in the table. Picking up results in their last three matches helped the club finish with a respectable spot in the final standings.
Marko Arnautovic and Chicharito were a deadly combination last season. The duo combined to score 19 goals for West Ham, and they will form the crux of the attack up top once more this year. The Hammers broke the bank on transfers this summer too. Thus far, they have spent almost 100 million pounds on new acquisitions and doled out considerable amounts for Felipe Anderson, Issa Diop, and Andriy Yarmolenko.
West Ham is hoping for a finish in the top half of the table, but the club needs to ensure its survival before the last stretch of the season. Three of their final four road games are against Chelsea, Manchester United, and Tottenham. They are unlikely to take points from any of those games.
