FC Bayern Munich UEFA Champions League Odds
Bayern Munich have been the class of German football for the last 50 years. They have more domestic and international trophies than any other German club by a mile, and no one is likely to catch up with Bayern any time in the near future. Bayern Munich have won 28 league titles. and they have claimed the last six Bundesliga titles. Additionally, they have won 18 German Cups, six German Supercups, and six league cups. All of those are records in German football.
Unsurprisingly, Bayern Munich are also the most decorated German club in European action. The club announced its presence to the world by winning the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup in their first foray into continental play, and they soon followed that up with three straight Champions League titles in the mid-1970s with the legendary Franz Beckenbauer leading the way. Bayern won the Champions League again in 2001 and 2013, and they are tied with Liverpool and Barcelona for the third-most championships in the premier competition for club football.
The club has had their hearts broken numerous times too. Bayern Munich has finished runner-up at the Champions League five times over the course of their history. They are tied with Benfica as the club with the second-most second-place finishes in the Champions League. Bayern Munich was able to claim the Europa League in 1996 and the UEFA Supercup in 2003, making them the only German club to snare all four major European titles.

Getting to the Champions League is old hat for Bayern Munich at this point. They have made it to the Champions League in every year but one over the last two decades, and they haven’t failed to make it out of the Group Stage since 2003. That’s an incredible achievement considering how many talented teams participate in the competition.
Recently, Bayern Munich have not been able to get past the giant Spanish clubs when it comes to the Champions League. They have been able to make it to the Champions League Semifinals in four of the last five years, but in each of the last five years they have been knocked out by a Spanish team. Real Madrid has done the deed three times, while Barcelona and Atletico Madrid have sent Bayern Munich packing once each.
Bayern Munich has largely stayed quiet this offseason. The club allowed Douglas Costa and Arturo Vidal to leave to other European powers, while they continue to sign and develop young players like Renato Sanches and Alphonso Davies. The story coming into this year will be Manuel Neuer and how the goalkeeper once trumpeted as the best in the world handles a full season of action after missing almost the entirety of last year.
