Valencia CF Spanish La Liga Odds
Valencia has long been one of the biggest, most successful clubs in Spain. While they don’t have the acclaim as the two Spanish giants, this club is in that next tier of teams that are always competitive. Since being promoted to La Liga in 1931, Valencia has spent just one season outside the top flight of Spanish football.
This club has had a few different periods of greatness throughout its history. In the 1940s, Valencia was the best team in Spain, racking up three La Liga titles and finishing runner-up twice in that decade. The beginning of the 1970s saw the club win another La Liga crown and finish runner-up the following year, and in the early 2000s Valencia won another two La Liga titles. In all, Valencia has six La Liga titles and seven Copa del Rey victories.
A proud club like Valencia has had its fair share of European success too. In the early 2000s, Valencia made it to the Champions League Final twice, and they won the Europa League in 2004. The club has also won two UEFA Super Cups, two Inter-Cities Cups, and one UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup over its history.

In March 2019, Valencia will celebrate its 100-year anniversary. This club has constantly threatened the Spanish giants throughout its history, and they are the most successful club to not be based in Madrid or Barcelona.
Valencia has dozens of top five finishes and is constantly involved in European competitions, but they did have a hiccup a couple seasons ago. The club finished in the bottom half of the table in consecutive seasons, as the club was selling off players and constantly making new managerial hires. However, they righted the ship last year and will return to the Champions League this season.
This offseason, Valencia dealt right back Joao Cancelo to Juventus for a considerable sum. The club has reinvested the money though, acquiring Geoffrey Kondogbia and Mouctar Diakhaby. Valencia has one of the best attacks in La Liga, with Santi Mina, Rodrigo Moreno, and Simone Zaza all tallying a dozen or more goals last year. All three return to make this club a threat once more.
