  • BookMaker.eu Things haven’t gone quite as planned for Larry Fedora and the North Carolina Tar Heels in dropping three of their first four games which includes losing each of their first two ACC contests. They’ll look to bounce back on the road against the Coastal Division rival Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets whom they’ve taken care of business against in each of the rival’s last three meetings. Easier said than done however with the Ramblin’ Wreck a desperate Tennessee comeback away from being undefeated. This contest in Week 5 of the regular season will go down Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 12 p.m. ET at Bobby Dodd Stadium. This game will be broadcast live on ESPN2....

  • BookMaker.eu The Texas A&M Aggies have rebounded nicely from that shocking loss to UCLA opening week that saw the Bruins battle back from what seemed to be an insurmountable deficit to pull out the victory. South Carolina got out to a nice start to their 2017 campaign, but enters this tilt losers of two straight against the spread. With the big boys ahead on the schedule for Kevin Sumlin’s kids, this game amounts to a must-have win for the home team.Kickoff for this regular season Week 5 game is set for ...

  • BookMaker.eu The Vanderbilt Commodores learned the hard way last week that defense can only take you so far. At some point, you need to put points on the board and that’s something they failed to do in a blowout loss to Alabama. The No. 21 Florida Gators return home fresh off their 31st straight victory over the Kentucky Wildcats. Jim McElwain’s kids put a ton of energy and emotion into that win, so it will be interesting to see if they can avoid the hangover this week against a stingy ‘Dores outfit.Watch this regular season Week 5 matchup live on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 12 p.m. ET from Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. This game will be broadcast live on ESPN....

  • BookMaker.eu Notre Dame is at home and a huge favorite in this matchup as it has the clear talent advantage. A win might be too much to ask of Miami in this one, but a good showing could keep the margin close, which would at least make the bettors happy that back them.Kickoff for this regular season Week 5 game is set for Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 5 p.m. ET at Notre Dame Stadium....

  • BookMaker.eu Iowa is a small underdog in this one and hopes to continue a strong start to the season with a victory. The Spartans had a couple of early-season wins over small-conference foes but didn’t look good in their first real test last time out, losing by 20 points to Notre Dame.Michigan State is coming off a poor 2016 season, and this is a big game for them to win if the Spartans plan on making some noise in the Big Ten this year. Michigan State was awful in conference a year ago....

  • BookMaker.eu The Colorado State Rams took their lumps last week, but there’s no shame in that as they played on the road against No. 1 Alabama. Colorado State will play another road game in Week 5 but this one will be considerably easier when they face off against the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors. Both teams are 2-2 on the season, but Colorado State has looked decent against tough competition. The Rams will be solid favorites despite being on the road as they aim to start conference play with a victory....

  • BookMaker.eu Cal has been better than expected early on, beating North Carolina and Mississippi among its non-conference wins and then hanging tough against USC last time out. The Bears are also 0-1 in Pac-12 play and an upset win here would be a huge step toward bowl eligibility. This matchup in Week 5 of the regular season will take place on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 10:30 p.m. ET at Autzen Stadium....

  • BookMaker.eu Holy guacamole! Are the words to describe last week’s action in the Big 10 Conference. Near upsets and topsy-turvy games highlighted Week 4.The Iowa and Penn State game was one of the better games you will ever see. Just when it looked like the Hawkeyes would pull off another upset in Iowa City, the Nittany lions took the ball 75 yards and scored on the last play of the game to stay undefeated and deflate the Hawkeye faithful....

  • BookMaker.eu The Troy Trojans were considered a dark horse to claim the Group of Five spot for a New Year’s Day Bowl at the start of the season, but this team has hit some speedbumps the last few weeks. Troy has barely squeaked by teams like New Mexico State and Akron and now must face one of the best teams in the country. For their part, the LSU Tigers have struggled too. They were blitzed by Mississippi State two weeks ago and weren’t able to really put Syracuse away at home last week. Those are big issues and may spell a quick end to the Ed Orgeron era.Watch this regular season Week 5 matchup live on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 7 p.m. ET at Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This game will be broadcast on ESPNU....

  • BookMaker.eu The Mississippi State Bulldogs and the Auburn Tigers might be the second- and third-best teams in the SEC West. There’s no doubt that Alabama is still the best team in the land, but Mississippi State’s win over LSU and Auburn’s close loss to Clemson mean that these are the two teams with the best chance to upset the apple cart in the SEC. It’s unlikely either will, but the winner of this game can probably assure itself of a much more enticing bowl game at the end of the year.Watch this regular season Week 5 matchup live on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 6 p.m. ET at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn, Alabama. This game will be broadcast on ESPN....

  • BookMaker.eu The Georgia Bulldogs showed that they were for real last week in a dominating win over their Bulldog brethren from Starkville. Georgia scored on its first play from scrimmage and the rout was on after that. The Bulldogs ended up winning 31-3 in a game that wasn’t even that close at the end. This week, Georgia will get a chance to enact some revenge. No Bulldogs fan can forget what happened when the Tennessee Volunteers came to Athens last year.Watch this regular season Week 5 matchup live on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 3:30 p.m. ET at Neyland Stadium in Knoxville, Tennessee. This game will be broadcast on CBS....

  • BookMaker.eu The Baylor Bears might not be back, but at least they have some teeth again. Baylor pushed Oklahoma to the brink on Saturday night in Waco and almost put a big ol’ boot in Baker Mayfield’s mouth. Matt Rhule’s bunch will now look to get in the win column on Saturday afternoon when they take on the Kansas State Wildcats in the Little Apple. Kansas State is once again looking to be a decent Big 12 team and a win for Rhule would be big for momentum.Watch this regular season Week 5 matchup live on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 3:30 p.m. ET at Bill Snyder Family Stadium in Manhattan, Kansas. This game will be broadcast on ESPN2....

  • BookMaker.eu Todd Graham picked up a huge win last week. The Arizona State Sun Devils were able to outlast Oregon in a wild game and that will take the heat off of him for a little bit. Graham can’t rest on the laurels of one game for long though. The Sun Devils are taking on the Stanford Cardinal in the Bay Area this week and that will be an even tougher test. Stanford hammered UCLA last week and look set to go on one of their traditional runs.Watch this regular season Week 5 matchup live on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 4 p.m. ET at Stanford Stadium in Stanford, California. This game will be broadcast on PAC 12 Network....

  • BookMaker.eu How bad is it going to get for the Florida State Seminoles? FSU is 0-2 and out of the Top 25 for the first time since the start of the Jimbo Fisher era in Tallahassee. While there are plenty of excuses for the team’s start, the Seminoles now find their national title aspirations shattered and their hopes of even winning the ACC on life support after losing at home to North Carolina State. For the first time in five or six years, this team is vulnerable, and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons will look to take advantage of the mess in Tallahassee....

  • BookMaker.eu The Wisconsin Badgers are again looking like the team to beat in the Big Ten West. Wisconsin has looked better than any other team in the division, except maybe Iowa, and has played better than conference contenders Northwestern and Nebraska. Strong defense and a good running game has been the hallmark of the Badgers for two decades and has kept them alive when others have faltered. They will rely on those two planks when the Northwestern Wildcats come to Madison....

  • BookMaker.eu The Oklahoma State Cowboys just saw their chances to win the Big 12 take a big hit after a loss to TCU last week. Oklahoma State came into the game ranked in the Top 10 and was seen as the team with the best shot to knock off Oklahoma, but instead got reverse covered. The loss means that the Cowboys can’t afford to slip up the rest of the season. That means Okie State better be on its toes when it heads into Lubbock to take on the Texas Tech Red Raiders....

  • BookMaker.eu The Rutgers Scarlet Knights have not been able to get on track since Chris Ash took over the head coaching job at the start of 2016. Ash stepped into a terrible situation as Kyle Flood and the administration left the program in poor shape. He is slowly making this team better, but has yet to win a game in Big Ten play, posting an 0-10 record in conference. That won’t change when the Ohio State Buckeyes come to town this week, but it will be a chance for Rutgers to show how far it has really come....

  • BookMaker.eu It will be a while before another team’s fans request the Alabama Crimson Tide. Vanderbilt’s fans started chanting they wanted the Tide the week prior to their showdown against Alabama in Nashville and quickly realized that they made a horrible mistake. Alabama completely dominated Vanderbilt in a laugher and didn’t even have starter Jalen Hurts throw as much as backup Tua Tagovailoa. Bama now has its sights set on a team that has given it trouble these last three years, the Ole Miss Rebels.Kickoff for this regular season Week 5 game is set for Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 9 p.m.ET at Bryant-Denny Stadium in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. This game will be broadcast on ESPN....

  • BookMaker.eu College Gameday is coming to Blacksburg! The Virginia Tech Hokies are 4-0 and looking to move into the Top Ten with a win this weekend over the Clemson Tigers. A win would be a small modicum of revenge for Clemson knocking off Virginia Tech in the ACC Championship last season. That’s easier said than done though. Clemson has looked fantastic this year and although quarterback Kelly Bryant is no Deshaun Watson, he’s done enough to make this team a national title contender for a third straight year....

  • BookMaker.eu The USC Trojans keep finding ways to win. USC opened the season ranked in the Top 5 and have not faltered yet. There have been quite a few hiccups though. The Trojans have only convincingly defeated one opponent and needed quite a bit of luck to squeak by Texas last week. USC will go on the road for a second straight week but will play in a much tougher environment this Friday night. The Trojans must travel to Pullman to take on the Washington State Cougars and deal with rabid Wazzou fans....

  • BookMaker.eu It’s been a rough year for the BYU Cougars. BYU has been unable to get any sort of offense going all season long and its lone win was a victory over 0-3 Portland State. The Cougars are in desperate need of a win if they are to have any hope of making a bowl with their tough schedule. The Utah State Aggies will try to stop that from happening as they too are looking to get back to a bowl after going 3-9 in 2016. These two will face off with one of the best rivalry trophies, The Old Wagon Wheel, on the line....

  • BookMaker.eu The Nebraska Cornhuskers are reeling. Nebraska fired its AD in the middle of the week prior to its game against Rutgers and Mike Riley’s job security Is suddenly in question. The timing of the firing was very odd and does nothing to alleviate the problems of a program that has been unable to find traction in three years under Riley. Nebraska does get a much easier opponent in the Illinois Fighting Illini this time around, but a loss would probably spell curtains for Riley, no matter what fashion it came in....

  • BookMaker.eu The Duke Blue Devils are looking to move to 5-0 for the first time in over two decades this week. Duke has quietly looked great to start the 2017 campaign and will lock in a bowl berth with just two more victories. Yet, it feels like the Blue Devils wouldn’t be satisfied with just a postseason spot this year. Duke feels it has a legitimate chance to win its side of the ACC and will look to take a big step towards that when it welcomes the Miami Hurricanes to town on Friday night....

  • BookMaker.eu Ames will be rocking on Thursday night when the Texas Longhorns come to town. Texas might be just 1-2, but looks better than it did at the tail end of the Charlie Strong era and that improvement has the fanbase excited that the team is moving in the right direction. However, now the program must take on the Iowa State Cyclones on the road and try to avenge the most embarrassing loss of the Charlie Strong era. Another loss here would really sting for Texas and send a message that this team is still miles away from being a contender....

  • BookMaker.eu Rivalries new and old take center stage this week in college football. Although some of the older ones look like they are duds, we saw last week that mayhem can happen in any given week of college football. No matter what you may think about one team’s chances in a specific week, these are still highly impressionable and emotional kids and they can play down or up to their competition depending on their mindset. Now, let’s take a look at some of the top games of this week....
