Arlington Renegades UFL Week 3 Betting
The Arlington Renegades came up big for the online sportsbook in Week 2 UFL betting action. Bob Stoops’ squad was the most targeted side of the week, with the spread jumping from the 8.5-point opener all the way to -12.5 by kickoff. Despite the heavy support, the Renegades failed to cover both the closing number and the opener in their narrow 11-9 win. In fact, they were just a successful two-point conversion and possession attempt away from potentially losing the game outright! Luis Perez and company appeared to be sleepwalking through much of the contest, doing just enough to escape Choctaw Stadium with the win and remain one of only three unbeaten teams—all of which currently reside in the XFL Division.
Arlington’s perfect start will face its toughest test yet in Week 3 UFL betting as the Renegades head to Protective Stadium to take on the reigning champion Birmingham Stallions. The Stallions handled Arlington with ease in their first-ever meeting back in Week 1 of last season. Although the Renegades jumped out to an 11-3 lead, they were outscored 24-3 the rest of the way in what became the first of six straight losses to open the year. After dismantling defending XFL champ San Antonio in the 2025 opener, Arlington’s UFL Championship odds dropped sharply from +1100 to +450. However, oddsmakers have held off on further adjustments ahead of Week 3, opting for a wait-and-see approach to gauge how the Renegades fare against a proven title contender.

Arlington Renegades UFL Week 3 Matchup
On Friday, April 11, 2025, the Arlington Renegades will take on the Birmingham Stallions from Protective Stadium in Birmingham, AL. Kickoff time is set for 8 p.m. ET with television coverage on FOX. The Week 3 UFL betting lines opened with the Renegades catching 3-points and the total lined 40.5—the highest O/U of the week. The Renegades have since been bet up to 3.5-point road dogs with a full point clipped from the total to 39.5.
After watching Houston concede 273 rushing yards to St. Louis in the season opener, it was expected the Renegades would hang another crooked number versus the Roughnecks this past Sunday. It didn’t come to pass however. Arlington only ran for 100 yards at a 3.7 yard per carry clip. Birmingham has limited its first two opponents to just 104.0 rushing yards per game (No. 4) and 3.85 yards per carry (No. 3), meaning running lanes may be scarce for Dae Dae Hunter and Kalen Ballage. As a result, it could fall on Luis Perez and the passing game to carry the load, especially with the Stallions allowing 171.5 passing yards per game (No. 6).
Arlington has done well protecting Perez, giving up just 1.5 sacks per game, while Birmingham is averaging two sacks per contest. In last year’s meeting, Perez threw for 214 yards with a 1:1 TD/INT ratio and was sacked twice. If the Renegades are to keep it competitive, receivers Isaiah Winstead, Sal Cannella, and Deontay Burnett will need to play a major role.
Arlington Renegades Week 2 Recap
The Arlington Renegades (2-0, 1-1 ATS) stayed perfect on the season at Choctaw Stadium with a narrow 11-9 victory over the Houston Roughnecks. Despite the low-scoring affair, Arlington controlled much of the game, outgaining Houston 298-225 in total yards while posting 198 passing yards with 100 on the ground. Even so, Bob Stoops’ troops were never once in a position to cover the closing 12.5-point UFL spread, and also failed to cover the 8.5-point opener for UFL bettors that hammered them early. Quarterback Luis Perez delivered a strong outing, completing 19-of-27 passes for 211 yards and a 70% completion rate. His key connection came in the fourth quarter on a 12-yard pass to Deontay Burnett, who hauled in his first touchdown of the season.
Burnett also caught a two-point conversion to cap off the Renegades’ 92-yard scoring drive which proved to be the difference. Wide receiver Isaiah Winstead led all pass catchers with 73 yards on seven receptions, while JaVonta Payton chipped in a key 17-yard grab to set up Arlington’s lone touchdown drive. The defense also stood tall—Donald Payne led the unit with nine tackles, and Ajene Harris recorded a pivotal interception after a third-quarter fumble halted Arlington’s momentum. After allowing a late Houston touchdown, the defense denied the two-point conversion and stopped the Roughnecks' possession attempt on the UFL’s fourth-and-12 rule. The 20 combined points cashed an easy under ticket for total bettors moving the O/U to 1-1 in Renegades’ games.
