Matt Nagy’s first season in charge of the Chicago Bears was a huge success. Chicago was predicted to finish last in the NFC North, but the team won the division and made the playoffs for the first time since 2010. For the past seven seasons, the Carolina Panthers have alternated between winning at least 11 games and finishing below .500.
